Tuesday

So yesterday was the 2nd orientation day. went for a run, than had breakfast and duites. for us 2nd sem students...well we had barley anything to do. we got our pictures re-taken and than jorge was scheduled with us but he had nothing for us so we got off the hook. and than we were suppose to be with isa in the office but she had nothing so while the newbies were in the kiosko listenting to the handbook and doing whatever they did, we were just chilling and having fun. it was the most relaxed day ever. we really didnt do much. in the afternoon at 4 we had a soccer game where everyone was out either playing or watching. that was really fun to have and after that game we got ice cream :) woohoo! us 2nd sem kids, we went and got ice cream than isa picked up more ice cream for after the soccer game and it was awesome. in the evening though we had a class with tom on introduction to the bible. and i have a feeeling its gonna be a great class. im looking forward to it. after we just hung out and i went to bed early. this sem is going to be a good one i think. im trying to keep a open mind and i know its not gonna be like last sem, but i hope that we have unity and a family bonding and that relationships like bf and gf ones will not form until after this sem ends so that we stay as a family relationship like last sem. i know it may seem like im comparing it to last sem but im trying not to. in the relationship scheme of things, well i dont know how it will be if bf/gf relationships form...i mean i hope it doesnt, but you never know especailly since theres not a lot of ppl living in the same state or province or even country. but whatever happens, happens. just gotta leave it in god's hands. however im excited on how close we are getting fairly fast. im connecting with ppl here and everyone is connecting with everyone else. and in the classroom area, we stay in the same seats and well the guys are spread out this sem, unlike last. theres 3 in the front row, 2 or 3 in the 2nd row, 3 in the next row and 1 in the last row. and so its pretty nice that wayy. i sit beside becca and roberto. hes a really cool guy. latino and a great guy, well so far. im still getting to know him. but im stoked for this month and this sem in a whole!

when we got ice cream, jose wore a vest and got it stuck in the seatbelt. he than proceeded to "be security" i guess for cars. as in CR in various areas, they have guys who look after the cars while you do stuff. jose attempted to do that and he managed to acutally get some money from this lady who went to get ice cream, it was really funny! lol
