First Couple Weeks at Home

So came home, culture shock. and especailly since it was gonna be my last time until who knows when there, it was kinda sad. but i made all my flights on time which would not of been possible without God! and so im now adjusting to life in Winfield with soccer and work and friends and its different but good. I think its about time that I came home for a bit and start this new chapter in my life. even though i dont want to be here really, wanna be in CR soo much more and soo many changes everywhere in work, church, school, etc...its mind crazy. i dont even know. but its getting there. this is my last official blog post for the time being. im planning on getting my own website - my dad bought a domain name for me and keep this stuff but expanding it to everything more or less. i dont rightly know atm but its in the planning! so cheers! :)

An emotional rollarcoaster

so after cleaning during friday the boys left - ben,gaia,jose,beto,ethan. it was extremely sad to say goodbye to them but than in the eveing we had a fiesta. there was no curfew so we ended up all crashing in the sala and than at 3:30 the first ppl left.

so after kate,evans and katie left we all kinda went to bed and slept until alyssa came and woke us up to say goodbye.than it was breakfast time and after that it was just do whatever and i didnt do much. me and kiley ended up going to mega super,ppk, and cosechas since we had so many coins to use! i got a lot with my coins. i never knew i had collected so much! the next ppl left at 3:30 sunday morning and so it was a big one. there was rachelle, ben, steph, kiley, cody, jayda and jere. that was prolly the most difficultest for me. i was fine till i got to kiley and than i just broke down and was sobbing like crazy. the last 2 ppl were kiley and cody and that was difficult. and than on the way home pika had a vehicle of 4 girls all crying. it was great. we got back home and i went to bed. than woke up for breakfast adn than hung out wiht becca for the last tiny bit. she and sarah were leaving at 12 and so i went to airport to see them off, that was difficult. and than the rest of the day seemed dim. however i got to go to pikas soccer game! and his team won! that was fun! and than we went to coronado to see the coronado team celebration as that soccer tteam now made it into the la liga and saprissa league! pretty exciting! however imissed saying goodbye to johannes :( that was not fun and i was bawling my eyes out when i got back. than i went to isas house for burgers but i missed saying goodbye to don marco and janet and the marcses family :( but i got to say goodbye to pika so that was good. and than i went to isas hosue to sleep there with kattia and glenda and now im off! cheers! goodbye costa rica! it has been amazing! im just so emotinally, mentally, physically drained right now. its insane. i simply have no energy and always feel like crying. this never happend this sem but i guess its to be expected since who knows when ill be back! love you! thanks for reading!

sunday came around and it was my last time at the baptist church. It was a good time, said goodbye to the ppl i got to know there and than had pizza at price mart. That pizza is good. In the afternoon didnt do much and than we had sunday evening worship. Which is always good and its the last one too so it was kinda bittersweet Afterwardds we went to see fireworks in coronado with pica and those were cool. Best fireworks ive seen just with the presentation and set up and stuff. Afterwards there was a couple of us who made a Port video for this sem. It was me, steph, kiley, kate, christena and jayda. We stayed up all night! The video turned out amazing!. And so this was an interesting week as it was the last one. On monday we had worship and than class on revelation. In the afternoon it was free because the soup kitchen is done. So me and becca went to san jose to meet up with the montana camp boy – mark. We met in san jose and than we went to sabana central and we went to a restaurant type thing and than went for a walk in the park than he walked us back to the bus stop we needed to go to. It was a nice afternoon and it was fun to finally get to hang out with him, we've been trying for a while. And that was that. for supper we had a costume dress up supper!

In the evening we had class on doctrine of Christ and it was the last class. I was so tired howver that i kept dozing off and well i guess there is a first time for everything because i fell asleep in class...in Don Marcos class i was passed out for 20min. And everyone noticed, when i woke up it was so bad. But kinda funny as well. On tue we had presentations of ministry stuff and than in the afternoon there wasnt much going on. In the evening we had a huge worship night with lots of songs and communium. It was really good. And than wed we had camineta. I was with katie and we went to cosechas and than for work day i was with cody....haha...im sure jorge did that on purpose. But it was good. In the afternoon we had a soccer game! The final one of staff vs students. We won, however we had to end up having a shoot out because the staff won the previous game and so in the end the staff won and we had to jump into the lake!

and after we jumped into the lake the staff ran and hid from us in the office! all because tehy didnt want a muddy, smelly, wet hug!! haha In the evening however we had a talent show! So many good acts. Me and cody did our suprise where he propsed to me. And serenaded me as well. It was pretty epic. Of course i rejected him :P and it was a great night. On thurs we had Rev class in the morning and it was our last class ever! So bittersweet but it was good none the less. Than in the afternoon we got ready for grad! And did room clean up a bit. And voila before we knew it was grad. Everyone was awesomely dresseed up and we had a lovely dinner,

alba than spook and we had a few others as well! and a great dance party with our curfew being at 2!! woohoo!! and that was that. On friday it was clean all day and we had to clean our rooms up and down and all around. It was good, we finished early afternoon than had the rest of the day free. However a couple boys left and so it was goodbye to jose, gaia, ethan, ben and beto. It was kinda sad, actually really sad and i almost bawled so many times and ppl offered and tried to give me hugs but i knew that if i did i would really cry and not stop so i only hugged the ppl leaving. I hate goodbyes and so now there gone. We also ended up saying goodbye to jorge and alba as we wont see them again! :( and after saying goodbye to the boys, we went to mega super and i used up all my change, i had a lot and bought cookies,chocolate, coffee, bread, cosechas and stil had some left over. It was good however to get rid of a bunch of change. And than we had supper. i got my soccer jersery! that was fun. around 8:30 we started to build a fire adn we had smores and it was great,

just kinda hung out and listened to music until 10. we didnt have a curfew since ppl were leaving at 3:30 and so we attempted a game at mafia, it kinda failed adn than we just hung out around the fire and fell asleep and what not. than at 3:30 we had kate, evans and katie leave. more ppl leaving :( not fun at all! than i ended up talking with cody for abit and than before i knew it i was bawling my eyes out. and i didnt go to bed till btweetn 6 - 6:30. emotianlly, mentally, and physically exhausted and therse 2 days left.... cheers!

The 2nd Last Week! :(

so the 2nd last week has blown by. i cant beleive how fast it has gone. so bittersweet, i really dont wanna leave but oddly its like im ready to go home and start the next chapter in my life. so on monday we had morning worship and class on Revelation taught by Tom. Its so good, i really enjoye everything on that even though im sure i mentioned that in an earlier post. and than in the afternoon it was the last soup kitchen and sadly...we had no kids :(

it was kinda depressing.but thats what happens when theres construction. afterwards i didnt do much and than in the evening we had our 2nd last class on doctrine of Christ. it was good. on tue we had family small group and than psalms, than revelation. the afternoon there was some of us that went to adris house! that was fun! :).
